Amazing village vibes, but tiny rooms and poor food options.

Idyllic stay with amazing vibes!

Had a fab time exploring this quirky village! The hotel's got some seriously cozy lounges with fireplaces. Plus, the venison was delicious, though a bit on the small side. Breakfast was yummy too, especially with my pup getting his bacon! Just wish the bathroom was a bit fresher. Still, I'd go back for sure!

The Deluxe Double Room was cozy and had a charming, quirky vibe. The bed was super comfy, which made for a great night's sleep. The decor was a mix of historical touches and modern comfort. The only downside was the room was a bit on the smaller side. it added to the character of the stay.

I stayed for 2 nights in a Deluxe Double Room and loved the unique medieval architecture, which truly made me feel transported back in time. The staff were exceptional, always friendly and ready to help with anything we needed. it would be great if the heating in the room was more consistent, as it got quite chilly at night.

In my wife’s opinion, the hotel could improve on providing more kid-friendly activities during the evening hours.

Great stay with a fab pool!

Had a lovely 2-night stay here with my partner. The thermal spa pool was a real highlight, perfect even when it rained! The breakfast was top-notch, loads of options. But the dinner service was slow. we waited ages for our main course. good vibes!

I loved the cozy ambiance and the unique character throughout the place, especially our quirky decorated room. The spa experience was a refreshing escape too.

I had a lovely stay with my dog here. the afternoon tea was delightful and I was even treated to a complimentary doggy bowl filled with bacon and sausages! The spa had an incredibly relaxing jacuzzi and steam room that were just what I needed. The only hiccup was that my room got a bit toasty at night, but it didn't ruin my experience at all. 🐾

The beautiful old world charm of the place was delightful, and having good food options available made our meals enjoyable. We appreciated the helpful staff, who contributed to a lovely atmosphere during our visit. there were some maintenance issues in our room that detracted from the overall experience.

The dining options include a stunning gallery restaurant and a delightful brasserie, offering thoughtfully-prepared dishes that elevate the culinary experience.

Room temperature can be an issue. I faced quite a chill due to inadequate heating options and old, single glazing on the windows, leading to an uncomfortable stay. noise from the busy street was disruptive, particularly during peak hours. Parking's not the easiest, as some barriers seem poorly aligned for smooth access, adding to the hassle.
